We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original product. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification.
The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
